A peek into Horoscope Hair

It began with Gemini hair, and now Horoscope Hair is the new trending style which will continue well into autumn. Taking its inspiration from the four zodiac elements, fire, air, earth and water, it allows stylists to embrace their creativity and have a little fun with their clients.

Fire signs – Aries, Leo, Sagittarius

These signs will embrace this autumn’s bold, fierce and intense colours. Fiery red, orange crush, mahogany melt and rich chestnut are just a few of the colours that are going to excite theses fire signs this autumn. For cuts, octopus, butterfly and c-cut are all be great looks for the ever-changing fire starter!

Air signs ­– Gemini, Libra, Aquarius

These celestial creatures are drawn to lighter, airy and more fluid colours. For colour –  pastels, light blues, palest pinks, and ivory creams work. For cuts, layered looks like the Wixie, the Cub and the Shixie are perfect, and will have your client on cloud nine.

Earth signs – Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn

These no-nonsense grounded earth signs will be drawn to more natural looking haircuts, and a more muted and earthy colour palette. For colours, think chocolate, icy mocha brown and sandy blonde. For the cut, the hush cut, the bullet bob and the fox cut are all good choices. These signs like strong and solid looks with a little gentle movement.

Water signs – Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces

Liquid hair, along with glazed doughnut hair, is a must for these water signs this autumn. For colour, go for multi-tonal deep rich colours like blue black, deep burgundy and chocolate brunette, which will reflect the deep depth of the water sign. For cuts, think cascading waves with soft, textured looks that enhance fluidity and movement.
