Creative HEAD’s Most Wanted & It List finalists announced

One hundred and four days since the competitions were launched, and after more than 75 expert judges spent two solid days scrutinising a record-breaking number of entries and allocating the all-important scores… It all boils down to this. 

Today, Wednesday 15 June 2022, we reveal the 115 finalists in this year’s Most Wanted & It List awards – the names shaping the UK and Irish hairdressing landscape, whether delivering excellence in high street salons, flying solo as independents, launching global trends at Fashion Week, teaching new skills or delivering innovation with new business thinking. 

And some of them are not yet 30 years old.  

Wow. 

We want to take this moment to say thank you to everyone who entered this year’s competitions and laid their heart on the line in some of the most genius entries we’ve ever seen. What an incredible response to the past 12 months! You have our sincere and enduring respect. 

And so… (drumroll, please) let’s reveal the names who’ve been shortlisted in the Most Wanted and the It List awards 2022, and who will be making their way to the Grand Final at Tate Modern, London, on Monday 5 September.
