Think powdery blondes and pastels, through to darker shadowy tones…
If a new colour’s catching on, chances are your client saw it first on social media. It’s the beauty industry’s most persuasive platform, and hair influencers across the globe are all over it – posting, sharing, liking, loving and driving future trends.
It’s why Schwarzkopf Professional has launched its IGORA #RoyalTakeOver campaign, matching a handful of hairdressing’s key influencers with teams of colourists to create new shade collections.
The latest IGORA #RoyalTakeOver to capture attention is Disheveled Nudes – a collection of six subtle and disruptive shades co-created by Australia-based International Schwarzkopf Professional Ambassador Matt Clements (@mattclements_colourist) and Spanish Colour Visionnaire and member of X-Presion, Jorge Cancer (@expresioncreativos).
This new spin on nudes pushes the powdery colour palette to the edge by creating contrast and character – and with the new IGORA #RoyalTakeOver Pastelfier, the tone directions can be diluted for endless creativity.
Matt and Jorge also created two new in-salon services with their Disheveled Nudes.
Matt’s Vanguard Shadowing Nudes service creates “soft with an edge”, with the Organic Shadowing Technique contrasting dusted blue and pink pastel tones against rich gold hues in a multi-tonal finish.
Meanwhile, Vanguar Pixel Nudes is a head-turning go-viral look from Jorge created with the Organic Pixel Technique – a soft base colour, sliced with green and purple tonal placements, forms sharp, graphic lines for added dimension and texture.
