About Simon Harris
The former owner of 16 salons, employing 250 members of staff, Simon has over 40 years’ industry experience and has been helping other salon owners and managers to run successful and profitable salons for decades. In 2015, he became a full-time industry coach and consultant and he’s currently working with more than 90 independent salons and groups, while delivering seminars and courses for leading product companies.
Simon’s key areas of expertise include increasing profit, pricing, pay structure, systems and processes integration and bespoke training programmes, to dramatically accelerate the progress of young stylists.
Still on the shop floor once a week, Simon’s knowledge stays fresh, on-point and relevant to everybody in the industry.
