“I’ve been doing hair for 20+ years by way of Los Angeles, but was originally from San Francisco. I’ve been working all across the world as a global educator for so many great brands, but to be launching STMNT with my two co-creators is a culmination of all the blood, sweat, and tears in the barbering industry. I’m so happy to bring it alive.”
“Outside of the barbering world, I’m involved in art, music, and fashion. In my free time, I’m usually at home trying to catch up with the family or painting, drawing and looking up design.”
With such a long-standing career, what goes down as Julius’ top success from his time in the industry? “Creating, opening and launching my education and creative design programme, All Hail Studio.” As well as total triumphs, there has also been many learning curves for Julius along the way. “Moving too fast really made me switch my trajectory on how I look at my career. You have got to be slow-cooked and thorough. Don’t get too excited too early in the process.”
