The Irish Hairdressers Federation Junior Stylist Challenge used Instagram to drive entries across four categories

The Irish Hairdressers Federation has revealed the winners of its Instagram-based Junior Stylist Challenge. Trainee hairdressers from around the country poured their artistic energy into creating looks for four categories, posting them on Instagram using #IHFStarTeamChallenge23.
The IHF Star Team of 2023, alongside help from Star Team mentors Damien Nolan and John Keegan, selected the winners.

The IHF will soon also launch applications for Star Team 2024. Candidates will fill in an online application form, sharing their future ambitions before participating in a virtual interview. Those who impress the judges will be invited to the Semi Finals to showcase a Colour & Cut model before judges whittle it down to a handful of finalists.
