Most Wanted and the It List important final checks!

You’ve taken the time and done the work, so don’t fall at the final hurdle! Make seven last checks before hitting ‘submit’ on your entries…

Set twelve alarms, mark it in your calendar, put a post-it on your bathroom mirror… midnight, Monday 22 May is when your completed entry needs to be submitted. Detailed instructions can be found below! Don’t forget, this year entries are uploaded online, not emailed.

2. Complete an application form 

You need to complete a SEPARATE application form for EVERY entry you’re submitting. This will generate a unique reference code to use when uploading your entry. See the above instructions for all the details you need. 

3. Re-check the criteria 

Each individual category is seeking different things, all outlined in the entry criteria. Every required element must be met to go through to judging and this is what our experts will use to score your entry against other hopefuls. Missing criteria = missing the mark.  

P.S. the criteria is different from 2022, so if you’re back (back again), make sure you’ve looked at this year’s requirements! 

4. Stick within the limits

After pouring time and hard work into your entry, do not let something like exceeding the page counts or video durations be your downfall. Stick within the limits defined in the criteria, those that don’t risk disqualification. 

5. Send the extras 

It’s a tiny detail but each category asks for an extra, individual image to be sent with your entry – it’s for use if you finalise, so please don’t forget to upload it. If you’re entering the It List, you’ll also need to send proof of age (the photo page of your passport or driving license).

7. Support your statements 

Winning entries don’t just stake their claim with words, they cement them with facts. Impressive results, improving margins, tremendous testimonials, positive press and clear creative progression… judges love to see evidence to demonstrate why the trophy belongs to you over another.
