In a celebration of hard work and dedication, the Saks salon group came together for the annual award ceremony
On Sunday 11 June, Saks salon teams from across the country gathered for an enchanted, lakeside garden party at Wynyard Hall Estate. Set against a gorgeous backdrop, the evening gave the teams a chance to celebrate and recognise their achievements, dedication, and hard work.
On arrival, guests were greeted by a New Orleans-style brass band, performing funky renditions of favourite hit songs. Afternoon drinks, a summer BBQ, and catch-ups on the patio were followed by performances from stilted floral people, providing the perfect opportunity for selfies and team photos.
The dress code? Chic and sleek with a touch of magic; the Saks family brought enchanted vibes with their attire. Luke Pluckrose, Saks creative director, Jezz Ellis, Saks head of ops and Stephen Kee, Saks managing director, hosted the ceremony to announce and more importantly, celebrate the winners.
“It’s always a great occasion when we get together like this to celebrate but I think everyone agrees that we took it next level this year,” says managing director Stephen Kee. “Congratulations to all the finalists and winners. Proud of you”.
The evening ended with Ministry of Sound DJ and long-time friend of Saks, Nilesh Parmar, on the decks at the after-party with the top tunes that saw the night well into the early hours.
