Salon owner Dale has been hairdressing for more than 13 years. When his grandparents passed away, he used his inheritance to launch Dale Hairdressing. The salon, now renamed Hazel & Hadyn (after his grandparents) – and nestled in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter – is now flourishing, with a staff of eight and further expansion on the horizon.
Between them, his team has received countless awards and nominations and Dale has nurtured a super creative squad – but it’s not only talent and skill they have in common; the H&H family rallies together to keep the local area tidy (regularly litter-picking) – they’re big on community and those closest to the salon know Dale and his team is simply priceless.
