Elena Lavagni is the owner of six-floor salon Neville Hair & Beauty in London’s Belgravia.

Her work at Neville began in 2000 managing the business and six hairdressers for its successful owner. With a vision to change and expand the business, she worked tirelessly for two decades and has built a team of more than seventy people including hairdressers, make-up artists and beauty therapists as well as a marketing and PR department, transforming the hair salon into a one-stop beauty destination. She has launched further salons in the Bulgari Hotel in London, and Neville pop up salons in St Barth and on Nammos Beach in Greece’s Mykonos.

A love of fashion and the arts has driven Elena to work alongside some of the biggest names in the business, styling at major fashion weeks across the globe including London, Paris and Shanghai, working alongside respected names including Guo Pei, Palmer Harding, Peter Pilotto, Ziad Nakad, and Antonio Grimaldi to name a few. In 2015, this led to Elena founding ELSL Management –  an international talent management agency for exceptional hair and make-up artists, specialising in sourcing new talent and nurturing established artists.
