Shortlist revealed for Hairtalk Creative Force award

Winner will scoop a cash prize of €10,000 

Six finalists are in the running for the inaugural Hairtalk Creative Force Stylist of the Year Award. Fighting for the title are Kathleen O’ Dwyer and Chloe Dunne, both from Cheveux Hair Salon in Tullamore; Matthew Feeney of Alan Keville in Dublin; Siobhan McHugh of Siobhan’s Hair Salon in Meath; Ronan Markey from Sebastian Marks Hair Design in Dublin; and Meaghan O’Daly of Rustiq Kilkenny. 
Irish hair entrepreneur Katie-Jane Goldin launched the first annual competition for stylists trained to use Hairtalk tape-in extensions earlier this year, inviting Republic of Ireland salons to enter in the summert. The independent expert panel of judges includes Patrick Wilson, Calum Tierney and Sabrina Hill.  
The winner of the Hairtalk Creative Force Stylist of the Year Award – revealed on 13 December – will receive a €10,000 cash prize and will be invited to participate in a Hairtalk photoshoot for trade and consumer press, in addition to receiving the Hairtalk Trophy.
