The Sow Now Initiative helps families in crisis using Ukraine’s national flower
Beautify your salon’s green spaces and help Ukraine by planting sunflowers this Thursday (19 May). The Sow Now Initiative, founded in Carlow by Ukrainian refugee Tetiana Pankiv and her daughters, is a sunflower-seed fundraiser that supports Ukrainians in need through the work of the Irish Red Cross. This Thursday is Sowing Day for the Sow Now Ukrainian appeal and there are still many seeds available in Supervalu and Centra nationwide. Give this worthy cause a shout out to followers in your area and help raise vital funds to support the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.
The money will be used to repair infrastructure, support health facilities with medicines and equipment, and supply families with food and hygiene items.
Seeds can be purchased for €5 from your local Supervalu or Centra outlets.

100% of donations will go to the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.
