Charismatic and endlessly versatile, Jonathan Andrew is kicking off our event with a bang with his Beyond Retail Masterclass. His career has seen him styling hair for shoots with the likes of ELLE and VOGUE, working with renowned photographers such as Rankin, and regularly styling the hair of celebrities such as Jamie Redknapp for TV shows and editorial projects.
And as global brand ambassador for Fudge Professional, he certainly knows a thing or two about how to create swoon-worthy hair.
But before all of that, wayyy back when, Jonathan was renowned for his upselling skills in his first salon jobs, regularly outpacing even senior stylists when it came to commission. In his eyes it was the opportunity to showcase his expertise with clients, build those relationships – and, even better, make more money while he was at it!
Beyond Retail is about reimagining how you sell to clients. Forget blunt sales tactics and awkward attempts to push products… Jonathan’s seamless secret sales techniques will have your clients reaching for their bank card in no time. In his Masterclass he’ll be walking you through a full service appointment, from the moment you greet your client to the moment you wave goodbye to them, and pointing out where (and how!) to insert product suggestions and sales techniques into your consultation and services.
