Claire will be kicking off our day with a SELF/MADE Masterclass focusing on Multidimensional Colour. This hour-long masterclass will see her demonstrating a mix of commercial and versatile techniques, adaptable for any client with hair below jaw length, which will help you deliver a stunning bespoke finish.
She will also be demonstrating the effects of L’Oréal Professionnel Paris’s new, disruptive innovation: Metal Detox. If you’ve heard the buzz but are yet to see it in action, Claire will be showcasing just how special this new launch is.

As the global creative director of the Francesco Group of salons, she’s living her dream of experimenting with colour constantly. Both are seasoned, passionate colourists who know how to make an impact with clients. Laura opened her own space, Studio May, last August as a haven for bespoke colour. Personally trained by David and Alexis, founders of Pulp Riot, she is a passionate educator and member of the Riot Squad. “We are becoming a generation of expression and people want to express their personalities, not only in their clothes but their hair, too!” she insists.
Chrissie is known for her enviable blends, making vibrant and bold colours look as wearable as any balayage. “I specialise in balayage, pastels and creative colour. When I’m not behind the chair, some of my other hair passions are working on photo shoots, or education with Pulp Riot,” she adds. A fellow Riot Squad member, Chrissie has oodles of knowledge to share on how to break out of the box with Pulp Riot formulas.
