The Activator scheme is open to all UK- or Irish-based hair professionals already running a business or planning to do so in the near future. Successful applicants will be paired with an Activator who will mentor them for 12 months, including regular meetings with the applicant, either virtually or IRL. Before mentoring sessions can begin, both parties need to sign an agreement that clearly sets out the understanding of the Activator and mentee in relation to their participation.
