Most Wanted and It List 2022 are now open for entries, so it’s time to turn some serious attention to planning how you’ll make your submission truly stand out

We take our awards judging VERY seriously at Creative HEAD. A huge part of what makes the Most Wanted and It List awards so influential are the incredible, independent experts that form our judging panel. Each year, we gather together experts from hair, beauty, fashion, business and media to have their say on entries and deliberate and debate each and every portfolio. Thanks to their hard work – assessing your hard work – we can celebrate the talents of salon and session stars, as well as the UK and Ireland’s most exciting young stars.
