As chief executive of the National Hairdressers’ Federation (NHF) – the UK’s largest trade association for hair, beauty and barbershop businesses, offering members free help and advice on all aspects of running a business – Hilary is at the coalface of hairdressing, spearheading important campaigns on behalf of the industry and helping to influence policy on key issues including the national minimum wage, pensions and self-employment. A fount of knowledge when it comes to apprenticeships, and committed to the ongoing challenge of bringing more young people into hairdressing, we are thrilled to welcome Hilary to the Salon Smart line-up.
