Lacey Hunter-Felton’s hair journey began at a young age when she found herself inspired by her family hairdresser. With this admiration, Lacey entered the hair industry at 16 as a budding stylist. After 16 years behind the chair, working with top industry names she took a step back from the hair world she knew and started to look at a new future, a new way of working. From this, Hunter Collective was created, a co-work space for freelance hair and beauty experts located in central London, which opened its doors in 2017.

Aside, from being the successful co-founder and CEO of Hunter Collective, Lacey is also a passionate advocate for the British beauty industry and has focused her drive and ambition in to creating a new lifestyle choice and community for hair and beauty freelancers. Lacey’s continued focus and interest for Hunter Collective is expanding the current boundaries of co-working and digitalizing the way hair and beauty freelancers connect and work with their clients.
