Straight-talking founder and director of Katie Braden PR Ltd, Katie Braden is a woman who pushes the boundaries of the PR and marketing world. Initially starting her career within the fashion industry, it wasn’t long before Katie realised her speciality was with the empire that is hair and beauty. Now, Katie’s client portfolio includes some of the industry’s most innovative and exciting brands – from Sophia Hilton’s Not Another Salon to professional brands such as Crazy Color and INNOluxe, as well as consumer focused beauty businesses such as SILKE London and Kohl Kreatives.
Katie accredits the company’s success to their unique, logical and honest approach to PR – where saying ‘no’ more than ‘yes’ is a commonality when in the meeting room with Katie. Her PR philosophy centres around consistently testing and evolving creative content strategies and branding decisions – and always doing the most to get rid of the outdated PR ‘fluff’ – a true breath of fresh air within her sector.
