Perhaps it was destiny that Bree Davie was to become Trevor Sorbie’s general manager, despite growing up on the other side of the world, in Adelaide. A hairdresser from the age of 11, watching Trevor Sorbie perform on stage in Sydney proved a pivotal moment. “He was the most inspirational person I had ever heard speak,” she say. Bree felt compelled to discover more, and moved to London, where she got a job in Trevor’s salon. Since then, she has worked her way up the ranks, from stylist through to her current role, the newly appointed general manager. Always involved in every aspect of the business, from special projects and the product division through to the art team and even as co-owner of the Hampstead salon, Bree has grown her entire career around the Trevor Sorbie brand.
