The National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF) is the UK’s largest trade association for hair and beauty salons and barbershops. A not-for-profit organisation, members benefit from myriad free advice and guidance – including 24/7 employment law, tax and commercial helplines, employment and chair renting contracts and business management workshops.
In her role as chief executive and with a vast amount of knowledge and experience to draw upon, Hilary Hall has been a hugely influential leader within the organisation – both in terms of influencing and lobbying on public policy (key issues like National Minimum Wage, apprenticeships, pensions, self-employment and health and safety) but also by spearheading important campaigns on behalf of the industry.
