Founders of Nashwhite, Lee Nash-Jones and Rob White began their journey in 2010 with a salon in the heart of Warwick and a promise to create a honest, kind and transparent business. Fast forward 11 years and Nashwhite is now a collective of creative, like-minded people working together across several successful Nashwhite branches in the UK. Nashwhite’s success is no surprise given the powerhouse combination of Rob and Lee.

Creative director and extraordinary stylist Lee, leads the creative and visual side of the business – creating campaigns, curating spaces and cultivating the creative team to fulfil all of their potential and aspirations. You can find him on photoshoots one day and editing content for the social media accounts the next, but primarily he’s never far away from styling up a storm and attending to his vast list of regular clients.

Co-founder Rob White, leads the development and strategic side of the business, with a particular focus on taking raw and emerging talent and imparting his experience and insights in order to build their confidence. Through his nurturing of special talent Nashwhite team members have gone on to achieve great success, being recognised by some of the industry’s biggest names, including winning both L’Oréal and Creative HEAD Most Wanted & The It List trophies. However, first and foremost Rob is an exceptional colourist – something the Nashwhite brand has become renowned for by both clients and the industry alike.

Rob and Lee, along with Nashwhite team members Lauren Thomas, the Stratford-Upon-Avon salon manager, their first ever employee – , Molly Smith now salon supervisor at the flagship location and Sophie Stanness, educator and part of the creative team, will join to talk team tactics and how each of their individual roles create a well-oiled unit that supports the salons’ success.
