You don’t survive a quarter of a century in business without a pretty hot handle on performance, Paul, Angie and Richard Dromgoole’s rock solid Dublin-based salon group is testament to the trio’s exceptional business acumen.
Since opening the doors of the first Zeba Hairdressing salon on Stephens Street in 1993 – with five employees, the company has grown to comprise four successful salons – including one inside the city’s iconic department store, Arnotts, 70 highly qualified, award-winning staff members and the Zeba Creative Team – set up to work on exclusive fashion shoots and hairdressing events across Irealnd, the UK, Europe and the US.
“Our staff are such a vital part of our success and we continue to work hard and invest heavily in staff training and in developing a culture that supports the development of their careers as well as creating a working environment that is happy and fun,” says Paul.
