Phorest Collections: AI Edition is latest drop from the salon software brand Elevating Salons, Spas and Clinics Through Human-First Innovation

Ongoing client notes, a 24/7 assistant and WhatsApp chats – they’re all part of the latest tools drop from salon software firm Phorest.
Now available across the UK and Ireland, the Phorest Collections: AI Edition has been designed to help streamline processes and make handling admin easier so staff and stylists can focus on creativity and customer care.
Included in the new suite of tools are:
Cheatsheet AI: Turns scattered notes into a target-hitting game plan. This generates summaries of client history preferences and identifies upselling opportunities
Front Desk AI: Acts as a 24/7 assistant, handling scheduling requests and FAQs via SMS and WhatsApp, allowing stylists to spend more time with clients. According to Phorest, Front Desk AI successfully resolves up to 89 per cent of client conversations without needing any human help.
WhatsApp: Stylists can chat directly with clients on a platform they already use to help keen communications seamless.
