Timings
- Doors open 7pm – enjoy cocktails and canapés at the Grand Final reception
- Latest entry 8pm
- Dinner served 8.10pm
- Awards commence 9.40pm
- Awards conclude midnight – when the after-party kicks off!
- Event closes 1.30am
Venue & Travel
- Venue address: Beams, Factory Road, London E16 2HB.
- Public transport: London City Airport is the closest train station, served by Docklands Light Railway (DLR). Best exitL Drew Road. The walking route from DLR to Beams (approximately 9-mins) will be marshalled – look out for the hi-vis vest-wearers! Click HERE for a Google walking map. Best exit: Drew Road. Note, DLR generally closes before normal Tube lines do, so please plan in advance your travel route home; we highly recommend pre-booking a taxi. Travelling by bus? Routes 330, 473 and 474 all stop near the venue.
- Taxi drop-off: this area is located within the Beams yard. Traffic marshals will be on hand to manage arrivals and direct you to the ticket entry point.
- Taxi pick-up: this area is located within the Beams yard. Traffic marshals will be on hand to manage departures.
- There is no on-site parking.
- If you are a Blue Badge holder or have a physicial disability, you must make us aware in advance so arrangement may be made. All guest spaces are all at ground level.
Tickets & Entry
- Entry is permitted to ticket holders only – tickets must be presented upon arrival.
- Finalists must carry their ‘2024 finalist’ ticket and will be ushered into the venue via a separate ticket queue.
- Tickets cannot be held or collected at the door – if there are multiple people in your party, make sure everyone has their own ticket in advance.
- If you forget your ticket, your entry may be delayed while we check in ticket holders.
- Dinner and drinks are included with your ticket; no money is exchanged during the event.
- Finalists, you are VERY important to us, so if you are unable to make it and choose to send somebody in your place to represent you, you MUST notify us in advance by texting Laura MacLeod on +44 (0)7795 840321.
- Creative HEAD and Beams reserve the right to refuse admission and remove from the venue anybody who is, or appears to be, acting in an intoxicated, dangerous or threatening manner or who is displaying bullying, harassing or disrespectful behaviour.
Seating Plan
- The Grand Final is a seated event. A link to the seating plan will be published on this page when doors open on event day, and QR codes will be displayed in the reception space.
- If you have booked tickets for your guests, you will be seated together.
