Simon has been part of Salon Success and this industry since his teens, originally working after school with the finance team, in marketing and in the distribution centre. After graduating from university with a degree in Economics, he came to work for Salon Success full-time, working across a range of disciplines, including implementing many new ideas that are still in place today.
Now managing director of the company, Simon has a philosophy to do ‘what’s right’ and is exceptionally passionate about the team, taking no credit for the success of Salon Success and the brand it represents. “Of everything I have achieved the thing I am most proud of is the team,” he says. “This is not a false modesty; all companies are only as good as the team within them.” .
